Are you ready to make contributions that matter? Join us as a Human Resources Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting the full employee lifecycle. In this dynamic position, you will look after the Cobram site operations, ensuring the business has the capability and resources to meet short and long-term objectives. By delivering solutions around organisational structure, culture, and leadership development, you will drive our success forward. This role has a direct impact on business performance, impacting employee engagement and organisational effectiveness. You will also be responsible for supporting the design and execution of various HR projects and initiatives.
How you will make contributions that matter:
Provide support, coaching, and internal advice to managers on all aspects of the employment relationship.Ensure alignment and compliance of all activities with company policies, culture, and values, as well as legislative requirements.Identify people issues in partnership with key clients and support them with advice and expertise to resolve these matters.Support People leadership to develop employee engagement, including identifying strengths and opportunities, developing specific and measurable plans, executing on plans, and driving continuous improvement.Support the embedding of a high-performance culture and associated behaviours across the client group.Use process, project, and change management tools to lead and support key business projects effectively.About you:
We’re looking for someone with:
Tertiary qualifications in business, human resources, or a related field.7-10 years’ experience in human resources, with generalist experience preferred.Relevant experience within manufacturing or industrial settings, particularly with a blue-collar workforce.Proven ability to influence, challenge, and engage managers and individuals.Experience in dealing with employee relations matters.Exposure to or experience in project and change management.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adjust language or terminology to the characteristics and needs of the audience.We’ll support you with:
