**Primary Purpose:**
The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, driving associate engagement, and ensuring HR policies and best practices align with Atrium’s core values. This position serves as the primary HR resource, ensuring smooth implementation of HR initiatives and compliance with employment laws.
**The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:**
+ Championing a culture of inclusion, respect, and associate empowerment in alignment with Atrium’s mission.
+ Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
+ Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
+ Managing Workday HR functions, including talent acquisition, HRIS, performance management, and compensation.
+ Overseeing training programs to support continuous learning and compliance with brand and Atrium requirements.
+ Driving performance management efforts, including coaching, feedback, and disciplinary actions as needed.
+ Maintaining accurate personnel records and overseeing onboarding/orientation programs.
+ Administering associate benefits and ensuring clear communication of available options.
+ Handling unemployment claims and managing Worker’s Compensation cases, promoting safety initiatives, and ensuring OSHA compliance.
+ Fostering an open-door culture and transparent communication with associates.
+ Boosting employee morale through recognition programs and engagement events.
+ Developing community relationships aligned with Atrium’s Corporate Social Responsibility and diversity initiatives.
+ Performing additional duties to support the overall HR function.
**Required Prior Experience:**
+ 3-5 years of HR leadership experience with generalist expertise.
+ Strong knowledge of employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, and COBRA.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general HR technology.
