We will count on you to:

Manage human capital initiatives that support the business plan and corporate HR strategy, ensuring their successful implementation.Provide recommendations for human capital change initiatives and lead small change activities for specific client groups.Ensure the appropriate execution of actions resulting from organization re-design.Provide local business or country insights to inform the development of strategic solutions for workforce planning, succession, or performance management.Support talent management programs, including performance management, coaching, training, career development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.Provide guidance to leaders, drive colleague engagement, and collaborate with the business to improve engagement levels.Align with the Employee Relations (ER) team to oversee individual and collective employee relations issues, minimizing operational risk.Oversee research initiatives to provide market intelligence for critical decision-making.Consult with People Partners and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to determine best practices and continuously improve delivery methods, considering regional or country-specific nuances.

What you need to have:

7-10 years of HR Business Partnering experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR practices and processes.Experience in supporting managers with employee relations case management, including investigations and administration of hearings.Demonstrated ability to effectively coach People Managers at various levels in the business, navigating complex employee life cycle situations.Proven track record of identifying opportunities for service improvements and leading changes to deliver a better service to People Managers.
