Course: MGT-434 Human Resources
This course is a study of the human resource management function in organizations, including detailed coverage of staffing, organizational development, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations. Emphasis is placed on how human resource management enhances organizational performance and success.
What You Will Bring:
Preferred: PhD/DBA Management or Doctorate in a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years corporate experience in Human resources. If non-business doctorate Masters in Business Administration (MBA) required.
Minimum: Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or other Masters in Business with 5 years managerial experience and 3 years’ experience in human resources. Graduate degree must be from a regionally accredited university or either AACSB accredited program or ACBSP accredited program or international equivalent.
What You Will Do:
Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom
Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes
Respond to students’ questions and emails within the established timeframes
Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University
