The Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant who exemplifies our values of follow-through, data-driven decision-making, proactive Problem-Solving, Open Communication, and Teamwork.
What You’ll Work On
Manage all day-to-day Human Resources activities of the program
Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation
Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries
Manage all Human Resource activities to include employment, labor relations, and training/development
"On-boarding” coordinator role; including orientation experience & new manager/staff training plan oversight
Compile and monitor monthly network-wide Vacancy reports (recruitment)
Acelero University Online network-wide contact point regarding new hire training/proxy enrollment (includes Manager self-reporting)
Interview job applicants; review applications/resumes; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant qualifications to appropriate hiring manager
Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems. Complete salary survey questionnaires
Design and conduct new employee orientations
Communicate benefit options to employees, serve as the liaison between employees and insurance carriers
Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation
Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries
Maintain all related Human Resource databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems
Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements
About You (Requirements/Competencies)
Knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines
Knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
High School Diploma required. Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree in related field and PHR certification preferred
Two to five years of direct Human Resources experience
Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public

Start Date: Fall 2024
Location/Travel: On-site at one of our South Carolina delegate locations. (Exact address to be provided at a later date).
Salary: $35,819 Annually

The continuation of the recruitment process is contingent upon the successful award of this grant.
