HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 

What you will be doing:

Collaborate with the HR Manager and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify and engage potential candidates Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and coordinate onsite interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries Filing of various records, both hard copy and digital Assist HR manager with special functions  Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Required Skills:

High school diploma highly preferred, but not required Minimum of 2 years prior experience in Recruiting and Human Resources office experience preferred Must have skills to perform the basic technical tasks Well-developed communications and interpersonal skills Strong presentation skills Excellent computer literacy and keyboarding skills, including spreadsheets, charts, and technical manuals - familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a high paced, multi-tasking and ever-changing environment Maintains positive team environment Demonstrated organizational skills and highly detail oriented Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to follow and distribute verbal and written instruction at all levels
