We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role involves data entry into our HRIS system, coordinating reporting and tracking activities for compliance, and assisting with various HR-related communications and documentation. The successful candidate will support wellness activities, process medical child support notices, and handle other administrative duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
+ Data entry into HRIS system (PDS Vista) including daily and periodic monitoring of error and tracking reports.
+ Coordinate reporting and tracking activities to comply with the Affordable Care Act.
+ Assist with the development, maintenance, and distribution of communications, such as new business setups, FMLA and other leaves, and new hire enrollment packets.
+ Assist with the creation and maintenance of documentation, including rate sheets, process manuals, and annual benefit appendices.
+ Process medical child support notices.
+ Support wellness activities.
+ Filing and other administrative duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
+ 2+ years of experience in benefits and/or HR.
+ Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations and requirements.
+ Effective communication skills for one-on-one interactions with staff and employees.
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
+ Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
Work Environment
This is an in-office role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break. The benefits team consists of three people, with one member working fully remotely.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.25
