Are you looking for a great Senior HR Administrative role? We are looking for a confident, skilled "go-getter" who can jump in, set a course for this role, and make it their own. This role will be a critical partner and key enabler to our Amazon, Target, and Club Channel Sales Account Handlers. This position requires a disciplined, organized, self-starter with acute attention to detail, effective time management analytical capabilities, and emotional intelligence and customer service skills. The person in this role will interact directly with the P&G Sales, Account Executives, and internal P&G resources. This job is located on-site in Cincinnati P&G General Offices, OH.

Job Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent educationPrevious experience as an Administrative Assistant preferred.Exceptional attention to detailStrong technical skills and a proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot table, Power Bi and collaboration technologies. Generating documents/presentations. Strong business analytic skillsWell organized and detail orientedMust have working knowledge of HR policy and procedures.Comfort in and ability to learn new systems and software (Workday experience preferred).Strong presentation skills, written and oral communications.Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and follow up. This position works very independently and may support multiple teams in different cities.

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $74,100 - $92,650
