Human Resources Administrator
Johnson Service Group is searching for a Part Time HR Administrator on behalf of our manufacturing client located in Hanahan, SC. This part-time role will report to the HR Director. The HR Admin will primarily support the HR department and handles general office tasks and administrative duties.

Responsibilities & Duties Assist with daily activities and operations Organize documents, files and other related items Engage in projects, ensuring understanding of important details & responsibilities File and retrieve documents, records, and maintain records in management database systems Assist with employee communications – sending mass emails, create posters and memos Coordinating and planning employee events – ordering supplies and food, developing ideas for employment engagement Strong focus on recruiting tasks – coordinating and scheduling interviews, updating job descriptions, posting open reqs, reviewing resumes, communications with candidates Onboarding & orientation – welcome packets assembly, set up new hire workstation, office supplies, conducting orientation as necessary Training record management – filing and saving training records according to our policy, management training on HRIS Office tasks – ordering supplies, handling and greeting vendors & visitors, reviewing voicemails Create employee monthly calendar and employee monthly presentation slides
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma
