We are currently seeking aHuman Resources Administratorto support the Specialty Rolled Products business unit within ATI. The position reports to theDirector, Human Resources and will be located at our Brackenridge, Pennsylvania facility.
This role will require some travel to other western Pennsylvania locations. In this fast-paced role, a successful HR Administrator will be able to effectively manage multiple projects and complete tasks with outstanding attention to detail. It is crucial to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal employees. A strong HR Administrator is also resourceful, proactive, a self-starter and works with a strong desire and energy in helping ensure the success of our team initiatives.
Essential Functions:
+ Coordinate bi-weekly New Hire Orientation and Safety Training for all new hires; this will include the preparation of new hire packets, ensuring all pre-employment requirements have been met for each new hire; setting up equipment and materials, planning meals and refreshments, etc.
+ Collect and audit hours worked from Operating locations to process salary premium pay accurately.
+ Coordinate with HRIS & Payroll teams to ensure personnel information changes are entered into the HRIS system in accordance with the payroll schedule.
+ Responsible for maintaining documents in the employee electronic files.
+ Supporting the salary compensation and reporting processes.
+ Assisting Labor Relations with Interplant Bidding and Internal Transfer processes.
+ Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance to employees, redirects HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
+ Administer position requisition entry and approval tracking.
+ Responsible for ordering office supplies.
+ Support other HR areas as needed including SRP Engagement events and Continuous Improvement Projects within the Department.
