We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our US Head Office in Denver, CO. This role supports the HR function nationally across our US Buildings and Civil operations. It involves providing expertise in developing and supporting strategic programs across various facets of human resources including change management, employee engagement, and various annual cycles, such as performance management, succession planning, and compensation.

Here's how a Human Resources Advisor for our US Head Office office contributes to our team:
Responsibilities Implement and support national HR programs, policies, and processes in alignment with sector and company strategy and priorities. Prepare and support annual HR processes for performance management, salary and bonus review, and succession planning. Plan and execute specific project work related to the development and implementation of HR systems modules, HR systems training to support updates and enhancements, and various other initiatives., Lead and support change management to deliver on program responsibilities. Plan and execute specific project work supporting Engagement, Mobility, Wellness and Internal Leadership Programs. Provide short term, full cycle human resources support to districts as needed. Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline preferred. 5+ years of progressive human resources experience preferred. Demonstrated understanding and application of HR related principles, practices, procedures, and employment legislation. Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, present ideas and content that influences a favorable outcome. Ability to research, analyze information and data, and make recommendations. Able to work independently or in a team environment in a highly matrixed organization. Seen as a trusted advisor with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers. PCL combines numerous pay and benefit strategies to provide a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package. Any salary range displayed by a job board is an estimate. Your salary, which considers your unique qualifications and experience, is just one component of the robust total rewards you'll enjoy at PCL. This may include an employee share purchase offering, discretionary annual performance bonus, comprehensive benefits and wellness programs, retirement plan plus matching, and career development programs.
The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $105,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
