This is an in-office role, Monday – Friday, based in Miami, FL. Essential Tasks and Responsibilities: Training & Development + Design and Implement Training Programs: Collaborate on the design, development, and execution of company-wide training initiatives, emphasizing actionable reporting and measurable outcomes. + Optimize and Simplify Existing Training: Analyze current training materials to create streamlined strategies that improve content quality and accessibility. + Create Engaging Multimedia Content: Develop and enhance visual aids and presentations using tools like PowerPoint and Canva to deliver impactful training sessions. + Coordinate Cross-Departmental Seminars: Plan and execute bi-monthly training events, managing all stages from initial planning to delivering final results. + Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously update knowledge on the latest Training and Development methodologies to enhance program effectiveness and organizational efficiency. + Support Related Projects: Perform additional duties as needed to support the overall success of training and development initiatives. Communications & Engagement + Internal Communications: Support the creation of engaging content for internal communications, including the development of a detailed monthly calendar. + Drive Employee Engagement: Oversee the Engagement Committee in partnership with regional HR teams to foster and enhance employee engagement initiatives. + Employer Branding and social media: Develop and curate compelling content for employer branding across social media platforms to boost corporate and brand awareness. + Content Development and Publishing: Demonstrate expertise in sourcing, creating, and managing content from concept to publication across various channels. + Risk and Opportunity Assessment: Exercise discretion in identifying and addressing potential threats and opportunities in user-generated content. + Audience-Centric Content: Analyze target audience preferences to create tailored content that aligns with their interests and needs. + Project Management Excellence: Manage multiple projects efficiently, showcasing strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Exceptional Communication: Display outstanding written and verbal communication skills with mastery of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation. + Detail-Oriented Proofreading: Ensure all content is accurate, polished, and error-free with keen attention to detail. + Adaptable and Results-Driven: Exhibit a self-starter attitude with flexibility, a quick learning curve, and a focus on delivering results in a dynamic environment. + Brand and Reputation Stewardship: Uphold the company’s brand and reputation through ethical practices and sound judgment in content creation and communication. + Collaborative Teamwork: Work effectively under pressure with diverse personalities and management styles, including web owners, content providers, and agency partners. + Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and care. + Social/Digital Media Expertise: Leverage proficiency in platforms like Instagram, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn to enhance digital presence. + SEO and Analytics Knowledge: Utilize SEO best practices, web traffic metrics, and keyword research to optimize content for searchability and reach. + Special Projects and Versatility: Contribute to special projects and perform additional duties as required to support organizational goals.
