Human Resources Analyst - Benefits
Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst – Benefits to oversee employee benefits across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Colombia. This role supports employees and managers, collaborates with HR colleagues, manages relationships with benefit providers and brokers, and prepares reports to aid decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and recommend adjustments. Prepare management reports, key performance indicators, and monthly business scenarios. Create charts, presentations, and comprehensive reports.

Policy & Program Management

Develop and implement benefits policies and procedures in line with market practices and regulations. Conduct feasibility studies for new benefit programs. Design and implement new benefit processes and policies.

Benefits Administration

Administer, purchase, control, and process payments for benefits. Manage benefits payroll processing. Monitor and analyze costs, usage, and changes to benefits.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Manage relationships with benefit providers and brokers. Lead awareness initiatives and communicate benefit offerings to employees.

Process Improvement

Map and assess internal and supplier processes. Identify areas for process improvements and implement enhancements. Required Background & Skills Bachelor’s degree. Advanced English proficiency. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Proven experience in benefits management. Strong skills in data analysis, report creation, and presentation development.
