Qualification:
Must be graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Development and Management or any relate course.

Has at least 6 months related work experience.
Must be adept in using Microsoft Office Suite
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in processing payroll-related data such as attendance, overtime, and leaves
Manage loan monitoring and processing of remittances and loan payments to the respective government agencies
Coordinate with finance and government agencies for payroll and benefits concerns

Post job openings on various platforms and screen initial applications
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
Assist in onboarding new hires, including document collection and orientation
?? Timekeeping
Monitor daily attendance and resolve discrepancies
Encode leave applications, overtime requests, and schedule adjustments
Generate bi-monthly timekeeping reports for payroll processing
