This role will partner with management, employees and people operations colleagues to facilitate and communicate various human resources policies, procedures, laws and regulations. This will be done with a collaborative and approach.
\nThe People Operations team includes individuals who have a passion and talent for what they do. They have a collaborative approach and a curious and positive mindset and they own the following categories on the team

RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\n\n\tSupport the daily operations of the People Operations team \n\tAssist in developing and executing on HR policies, processes, and procedures\n\tProvide guidance to employee population on various HR-related topics including but not limited to Leaves of Absence, FMLA, Benefits, Retirement, Time and Attendance, policy interpretation, handbook updates, notification documents, separation documents, performance review, payroll, and all other general HR topics\n\tUpdates and entry into HRIS\n\tManage the general HR inbox by responding to inquiries, educating employees on processes and procedures, providing current and compliant information, and present the appropriate HR documents for various processes and employee requests\n\tManage benefit enrollment within system in addition to communication around annual processes and timelines\n\tTrack and maintain benefit enrollment records \n\tCollaborate with with internal partners, outside vendors, upper management and while maintaining a high quality customer-centric approach\n\tLead annual People Operations audits, HR processes, and compliance reporting\n\tAssist as needed with new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes\n\tAssist in facilitating employee relations activities and reviews \n\tConduct employee check in and exit interviews\n\tGather, create reports, and analyze data with useful HR metrics and presentations\n\tMaintain employee files, records, and HR process library\n\tPerform other related duties and projects as assigned\n\tApply knowledge from Human Resources experience and training to facilitate an enhanced human resources experience for all Apps employees\n\n\n\n\n
QUALIFICATIONS
\n\n\n\tAn attitude of continuous improvement and a growth mindset \n\tAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretion\n\t3+ years HR knowledge and experience \n\tStrong attention to detail\n\tSolutions driven and resourceful thinking \n\tGeneral knowledge of Federal, State and Local laws and regulations related to employment\n\t\n\t\tMulti-state benefit and leave management experience\n\t\n\t\n\tAbility to communicate effectively in writing and verbally\n\t\n\t\tProven proficiency in using MS-office (particularly MS Excel, pivot tables, mail merge, v-look up, and formulas)\n\t\n\t\n\tAdaptable with a positive attitude towards change\n\tMust be able to work well with others \n\tFamiliarity with using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) \n
