Human Resources Assistant
Overview:

A Human Resource Assistant at Carowinds is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department. This position is a seasonal hourly position. 

Some specific tasks that a Human Resource Assistant might be responsible for include:

Assisting with onboarding new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and reviewing information for accuracy and compliance.Responding to employee inquiries and concerns, and referring them to the appropriate resources as needed.Maintaining employee records and  including updating personal informationAssisting with development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the human resources department.Work on specialized projects in areas such as recruitment, training, and employee engagement/relations, as assigned.
