Human Resources Assistant

Join our team as an HR Assistant. In this role, you'll coordinate new hire processing, enter applicant data into the HRIS, assist with in-office procedures, and provide administrative support to the HR Director and HR Manager. Additionally, you'll manage receptionist duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors.

Compensation: starting at $21/Hour

How you will make an impact

Greets visitors and answers general inquiries, redirecting calls to appropriate HR staffProvides clerical support, including typing documents and responding to employment inquiriesProcesses new employees, orders and maintains office supplies, and sorts and distributes mailManages employee personnel files, bus passes, and posts internal job vacancies.Maintains job information hotline, sends training notices, and scans employee paperworkPrepares identification badges, manages the Referral Award program, and keeps organizational charts updatedConducts new employee drug screenings and background checks

 What you will need

Previous experience in HR preferredMust have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, flexibility, and be able to multi-taskMust have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
