Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition (TA). Experience working within manufacturing and proficiency with SAP or Oracle are highly desirable.
ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the HR department.Handle data entry and maintain HR systems.Assist with onboarding new employees.Support recruiting efforts and manage applicant tracking systems.Maintain employee relations and HR administration tasks.Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various HR functions.Travel up to 10% may be required based on business needs.Essential SkillsMinimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.3-5 years of relevant work experience in HR or TA.Experience working within manufacturing.Proficiency with SAP or Oracle.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or HR Assistant.Relevant work experience in a corporate environment.Work Environment
This is a part-time position requiring 25 hours per week, with the potential to increase based on workload. The role involves working four days onsite, with each day being a half-day. The role offers an opportunity for a 9-month contract-to-hire, with a potential salary increase based on performance and value added.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00
