Job Description: Human Resources Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Human Resources and Recruiting professional. This role involves providing support in various functional areas of Human Resources, including project management and recruiting. The ideal candidate will assist in the collection of internal and external information for reports, facilitate the onboarding process, and support recruiting and hiring efforts.
Responsibilities
+ Provide support in functional areas of Human Resources, including coordination of tasks and optimizing current practices.
+ Assist in the collection of internal and external information for reports and statistical research, focusing on the onboarding process.
+ Support recruiting and hiring efforts.
+ Participate in recruiting events.
+ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
+ Process paperwork according to established procedures.
+ Perform administrative duties to maintain records with the utmost confidentiality.
+ Handle client requests and deliver quality solutions or escalate requests as needed.
+ Proofread documents to support team members.
+ Work directly with key personnel to understand project concepts, objectives, and approaches.
+ Support the elaboration and implementation of concepts and schedule meetings as necessary.
+ Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Strong software/computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Proficiency in working in a multi-cultural environment.
+ Desire for continuous development and learning opportunities.
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1 year of HR or recruiting experience preferred, but not required. Great opportunity for recent graduates!
+ Outgoing and bubbly personality.
+ Comfortable speaking to a crowd or group of people.
Work Environment
This position operates in a cubicle office environment with standard working hours from 8 am to 5 pm. Onboarding days require an earlier start at 6 am, occurring 1-2 times a month. Benefits include 11 paid holidays and 3 weeks of accrued vacation/PTO time. There is also the possibility for contract extension and potential permanent placement based on performance and team openings.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00
