Job Description
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will help manage and supervise the company's HR operations, including hiring and onboarding new employees, overseeing time clock reports, and maintaining compliance in the safety program. In this role, you will manage various aspects of human resources without specializing in one specific task. One key responsibility is keeping track of documents, including employee records related to attendance, write-ups, injuries, and other employee data. You will work with the company’s management to develop an organizational structure and culture that supports the company’s goals. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between employees and managers to ensure effective communication between all parties.

The position is 100% onsite from 8 AM to 5 PM, with minimal overtime expected. The main facility has approximately 200 employees, primarily non-exempt workers on the production floor, and smaller satellite offices in Fontana, AZ, TX, and WA with only a few employees at each site. The role involves frequent walking on the shop floor and direct interaction with employees. Strong communication skills are essential. You will work closely with the HR Director, Talent Acquisition, and other HR personnel at the smaller sites.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
