As an Assistant on the Compensation & Benefits team within HR, you will be able to use your finely tuned skills to help accomplish tasks that are instrumental to the company's growth.
Responsibilities Provide general administrative support for the Compensation & Benefits team within Human Resources;Format employee resumes into company standard format and support document editing; Process employee data and complete data entry tasks in HR systems and databasesProcess new hire paperworkComplete verifications of employmentPerform electronic document filing and faxingMaintain departmental databases, as appropriate;Support Analysts and Managers on ad-hoc requests and projects;Collaborate with internal departments on HR related needs;Handle sensitive and/or confidential employee information; andProvide excellent customer service to all employees. QualificationsTop performers may have:
A minimum of a High School diploma, or equivalent;2+ years of experience in a professional setting;Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications; andExcellent oral and written communication skills.
