What you will do:
Createa rewarding Associate Journey with the people brand.Drive associate engagement by introducing and mastering new associate activities.Conduct and administer learning programs as assigned, e.g.venue setup, learning materialpreparations, records.Champion early careers / internship program support.Provide administrative and management support to Director of Human Resources and the Division and ensures the implementation of office administration, hotel policies, standards, and procedures.This exciting position with ASPAC's flagship property of Hyatt, is at core to create a rewarding associate journey.
