Human Resources Associate

**Job Summary/Qualifications**
This position is responsible for the front desk reception activities in the Human Resources department. In addition, this role supports various Human Resources activities and provides clerical assistance to the HR team.
**_Position Requirements:_**
+ _High School diploma required._
+ _2-5 years prior Human Resources experience and/or Associates degree preferred._
+ _Proficiency in Windows based computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required._
+ _Comfortable learning and working in various HRIS systems_
+ _Pleasant, effective verbal and written communication skills._
+ _Ability to work independently, multi-task effectively and coordinate projects when needed._
