Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital formats.
Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Provide support in benefits administration and employee inquiries.
Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and HR policies.
Help ensure company compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Participate in performance review processes and training initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data.
Support other HR team members with day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of HR experience preferred; internships or administrative experience in HR are a plus.
Familiarity with HR software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
