What makes this role important at Ipsos?
This role will be part of our HR Resource Center (HRRC) team and is responsible for providing a range of HR administration support to Ipsos’ HR Team members, employees, and vendors.
What you can expect to be doing:
Handle sensitive employee data securely and professionally. HRIS Change Requests: Manager Changes Department (Business Unit) Changes Title Changes Location Updates Assisting on the shared inbox with general HR questions (examples below): Vacation/Sick Day inquiries How to update address, direct deposit, tax forms, etc. Who is my HR Business Partner? Submitting for Wellness Reimbursement Program Gathering any HRRC information for audit requests Conducting I-9 Audits FCA Agreements in our HRIS for tracking HR Reporting Assistance Offer Letter Creation, ensuring compliance with company policiesThis might be the job for you if you have:
Prior experience in HR, HR Administration, or similar role is highly preferred Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Provide excellent customer service and support Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of the role Develop a strong understanding of Ipsos’ HR administration needs Proactively seek out opportunities to improve processes and take initiative on projects Communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing Effectively multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced team environment Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals Demonstrate strong technical skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary for this role is $50,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
