The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an HR Business Consultant (Vice President, Consulting) to address the strategic business challenges and opportunities in the organization.  The HR Business Consultant has deep expertise in talent strategies and solutions, including leadership coaching, change management, organizational effectiveness, and human capital consulting.  The HR Consultant ensures that senior leadership is supported as they address the strategic business opportunities and challenges in the organization.


Responsibilities:

Providing direct consulting to the business on talent strategies and problem solving in the areas of engagement, retention, culture, environment, coaching, change management and the employee value proposition

Dynamically address strategic priorities with creative problem solving

Collaborates with senior leadership to identify and solve organizational and team challenges across the enterprise.

Partners with the executives to support their organizational change efforts including reorganizations, strategic planning, and organizational dynamics.

Partner and collaborate across HR functions to drive business results while providing talent solutions that are aligned with CACI strategy

Serve as a trusted advisor to P&L and Functional business leaders

Proficient use of analytical skills to interpret and communicate data effectively and responsibly to understand trends and inform solutions to drive business outcomes

Think holistically about the strategy of the business and talent processes that support the business’ goals

Recommend, develop, and implement change management solutions across the organization

Proven ability to network and build demand both within the HR function and throughout the organization

*Candidate must be local to the DC metropolitan region with the ability to be on site at the Reston HQ location three (3) days a week (with flexibility as applicable over time.)

Qualifications:

Required: 

University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 18 years related work experience

Strong leadership coaching skills, including formal leadership coaching programs and experience

Ability to coach leaders, provide feedback, and use diplomacy and tact in challenging situations

Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of human resources consulting

Deep understanding of core HR policies and processes

Experience working in a Consulting organization

Certification in Change Management and/or OD

Excellent conflict resolution and negotiations skills

Proficient in working in creative and iterative ways to incorporate feedback and develop client-centric solutions aligned with business priorities

Proven leadership with a collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships across the organization

Ability to collaborate and network both within the HR function and throughout the organization to identify synergies in work and business goals

Strong communication and influencing skills

Strong analytical skills to interpret data necessary to identify trends and areas of risk

Strong business acumen

Ability to demonstrate speed, flexibility, adaptability, and work under pressure

Ability to stay current with industry trends and leading external practices


Desired:

ICF Coach Certification (ACC or PCC level credentialing.)

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$150,900 - $354,600
