We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Strategically partners with business Leaders on people and performance agenda.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management Support and Counsel to business

Business partner to senior leaders/people managers to support organization effectiveness by implementing solutions aligned to the overall people strategyAdvice and counsel on a broad range of HR matters, issues and challenges faced by senior leaders and people managersAssist senior leaders and people managers in building key organizational capabilitiesSupport employee engagement activitiesChampion change management and growth mindsetChampion career development processes and initiatives to improve talent developmentOversee budget and headcount to drive alignment with all budgets and forecastsLeverage on data insights to interpret and analyse data to assist in making appropriate business decisions based on HR metrics and trends for business unitProvide thoughtful and effective coaching to senior leaders and people managers on performance management, structural and staffing issues, including compensation, organization designDirect business leaders/people managers to self-service leveraging on existing tools

Workforce Planning, Talent Management and Succession Planning

Partner across HR and business leaders to develop a workforce plan enabling the best resourcing strategy aligned to business objectivesLead and guide workforce and talent management activities, including and not limited to OPR, succession planning and TCR in collaboration with compensation specialistSupport senior leaders to hire, develop and retain senior talentWork with Global CoE on international assignment/mobility for target employee segments

Employee Relations

Handle and resolve employee relation mattersAnalyse and address root cause of employee escalation, where necessary looking for trends and make recommendations for change in policies and practices as appropriate; conduct thorough investigations as neededWork with people manager to manage performance improvement plan (PIP)

Risk & Governance

Ensuring that the operations of HR function comply with internal and external compliance standardsInvolve in the vendor evaluation in term of risk fieldInternal check across HR periodically as well as company internal auditKey contact point for the company Internal Audit and Compliance checkReporting: headcount, turnover rate

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education – University degreeExperience – At least 5 years of experience in HR field, job incumbent should have a hand-on experience in HRBPKnowledgeable of Vietnamese Labor LawAnalytical skill to assist in troubleshooting exceptionsDigitalization mindset and understandingInterpersonal skill to interact with employees/managers in general issue resolutionCritical Thinking - Problem Solving skillsCommunication skills - ‘Workplace Conversations’Interest in leveraging technology to improve productivity and effectivenessAgile mindset
