How do you excel in this position:\n

Human Resources Business Partner directly supports the HR Manager in the various functions and silos of HR, building out the foundation and platform to which we operate under. This position is responsible for providing HR expertise by working closely with leadership supporting designated business units.\n

What are we looking for:\n\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources required.\n5 years of related experience required.\nExperience with HRIS navigation, Applicant Tracking Systems and reporting preferred.\nPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.\nKnowledge of employment laws including state and federal employment.\nAbility to adapt to the work and environment of a small company that is experiencing rapid growth via acquisition, with varying cultures.\nMust have situational awareness.\nStrong communication and customer service skills required.\nAbility to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.\nAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.\nMust be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment\n\n
