This is a full time, benefits eligible, salaried position with a hiring range of $72,480 - $90,594 per year.

Core Responsibilities:
Develop intentional, proactive and responsive relationships with each area in your portfolio from vice president to individual contributor.   Support and coach individuals, supervisors, teams and VPs to resolve challenges, unlock value, build talent pipelines, develop and engage employees.   Leverage institutional toolkit to deploy programs and initiatives with consistency and effectiveness while also ensuring specific focus on area needs. Inform HR initiatives utilizing information about constituent areas in alignment with institutional mission and goals.   Manage strategic oversight and execution of recruit, hire, grow and retain pillars in the People Experience function.   Provide support to leadership teams in matters related to strategic staffing including organizational design, job description development, succession planning, workforce planning and workflow analysis and improvement; compensation; and performance optimization.   Manage the life-cycle recruitment process for staff positions: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of employees by using creative source methods both internally and externally.   Support leadership development and employee engagement initiatives through program development, curation, delivery   Support policy development, process optimization, compliance, investigations and reporting requirements while working in partnership with People Operations team, Green Mountain Higher Education Consortium (GMHEC) colleagues and other institutional partners.
