Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes Support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy Implement appropriate learning interventions while accounting for learning principles and theories and manage ongoing delivery Participate in and lead corporate strategies and assist other HR members as neededII. Conducts periodic meetings (as needed but at a minimum once a month) with respective business units. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the business unit and HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Manages and resolves complex team member relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations and seeks legal council when needed. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements for the states in which business is conducted related to day-to-day management of team members, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with legal council as needed/required. Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Works closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Provides guidance and input on business units and individual executive coaching needs. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. • Bachelor's degree or higher education in business administration and/or HR management with a minimum 4 years experience in HR role(s) in comparable organizations
