What you'll be doing
Provide strategic HR advisory services to business leaders, partnering with them to develop and implement people-focused solutions Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding Serve as a trusted HR consultant, offering guidance on complex employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address workforce needs, building tailored HR programmes and initiatives Lead the implementation of HR best practices and continuous improvement efforts to enhance the employee experience Support the maintenance of employee records and HR documentation, ensuring data accuracy and confidentialityWhat we're looking for
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR role, preferably within the BPO, contact centre or service industry Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to develop and implement people-focused solutions Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex employee situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organisation Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and provide data-driven recommendations In-depth knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices and employee lifecycle management Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookWhat we offer
