We offer industry-leading compensation and benefits, including excellent healthcare coverage, to our employees.Roles and responsibilities :Collaborate with the HR Leader to drive culture and people strategies within specific business units, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Work closely with business unit leaders and managers to assess HR needs, provide insights, and implement HR systems, policies, and best practices.Assist in developing and implementing talent management strategies, including career development frameworks, employee upskilling initiatives, and retention programs aligned with team and organizational growth.Apply organizational design principles, workforce planning, and change management to support business unit transformation and performance goals.Coordinate in-person and virtual engagement activities to foster a connected workforce. Support hybrid meetup planning to facilitate collaboration and relationship-building across teams.Manage end-to-end performance review cycles, succession planning, and top talent identification processes within assigned business units, fostering a high-performance culture.Collaborate with the HRBP Leader to effectively communicate HR strategies, policies, and updates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Tailor communication to suit various stakeholder groups.Partner with functional leaders to manage budgets related to talent development and employee engagement, ensuring optimal use of resources.Execute onboarding processes, including the 30-60-90-day framework, to enhance new hire experience and integration.Actively contribute to programs that promote an inclusive culture and support diverse employee needs within the business units.Qualifications:Full-Time MBA in HR or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.5+ years in HR roles, ideally in dynamic, high-growth organizations, with experience in business partnering and people management.Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, understanding diverse stakeholder needs and managing expectations.Strong foundation in performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and change management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences.Experience working in globally dispersed teams and sensitivity to multicultural work environments.
