Focus: This exciting role will offer HR support to the Texas Operations chemical business at Olin. It is a dynamic and visible role offering further growth opportunities within our HR team. You will provide client support on all human resources related matters, including but not limited to, hiring, employee relations, HR Compliance and Affirmative Action, onboarding, learning and development, performance, and talent management.

HR Business Partner Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree* in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Organizational Development/Management, Employment Law or Business-related discipline 3+ years of progressive experience in human resources required; prior experience in an HRBP role is preferred. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, ADA/ADEA, AAP/EEO). Technical abilities and experience with HRIS, ATS and other HR systems. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and effectively communicate with employees at all levels. Must have strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Occasional travel is required, up to 10% The ability and willingness to relocate within Olin to other locations in the future is strongly preferred
