CAE, a global leader in aviation training and simulation, is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Irving. In this pivotal role, you’ll align CAE Flight Services’ strategic objectives with those of our employees and management, while driving key HR initiatives like talent management, employee engagement, compensation, and performance management. As an HRBP, you will collaborate across global teams, provide operational support, and help implement change management strategies that support CAE’s growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives. Serve as a key advisor to leaders in Flight Operations Solutions and CAE Flight Services, helping to identify and resolve workforce issues related to skills development, retention, and motivation.

Talent Management & Leadership Development: Assist in developing and implementing HR action plans, focusing on leadership development, succession planning, and building a high-performance culture. Provide coaching to managers on HR-related topics to improve team effectiveness.

Change Management: Lead and influence organizational change initiatives, particularly around the integration of Flight Operations Solutions with CAE Flight Services. Support the transition and cultural transformation efforts as part of ongoing continuous improvement projects.

Employee Engagement: Provide recommendations and guidance to enhance employee engagement, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Implement initiatives that align with CAE’s values and goals, ensuring a positive work culture.

HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HR systems. Provide support in the implementation of global HR programs and ensure compliance with local laws and policies.

Global & Local Influence: Support global HR initiatives while influencing local operations. Work closely with the Flight Operations Solutions team and global HR network to address specific regional needs and challenges, ensuring alignment across geographies.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with global HRBP teams, including in India, Vienna, Uruguay, New Zealand, and the Philippines, to support Flight Services employees and drive HR best practices across CAE Flight Services worldwide.

Project Management: Lead key HR projects that directly impact the performance of the supported groups, including talent reviews, compensation programs, and policy rollouts. Manage global HR projects that span multiple regions and functions.

Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist, within a global and matrixed organization. Experience in the aviation, technology, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry is a plus.Change Management: Proven experience leading change management initiatives with a strong understanding of organizational behavior and cultural transformation.Leadership Development: Expertise in coaching and developing leaders, with experience in succession planning and talent management.Global HR Experience: Experience working in a global organization, managing diverse teams, and understanding multi-regional HR practices.HR Systems: Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP), and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and work effectively with all levels of the organization.Customer Service: Excellent customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across business functions.Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic HR guidance and make data-driven decisions.
