Our client, a prominent consulting firm, seeks a dynamic, well-rounded HR Business Partner to join their team. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience working with sales and marketing employee populations, leading and managing complex change initiatives in a large organization. This candidate will be implementing programming in areas such as performancement management, compensation, talent development, and succession planning to align with and drive overall business performance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excelent stratetic thinking, and a passion for innovation are characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this role. Bachelors' degree, required.7+ years of progressive experience in HR functions.Excellent track record in strategic HR initiatives.Experience working with sales and marketing functions, strongly preferred.

The salary range for this role is $180k-$185k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
