The HRBP is responsible for providing support in recruitment, employment, and executing HR programs and projects. ***Local candidates only*** **Schedule** : Hybrid **Pay:** $40-$50/hr **Type** : 9-month contract **Requirements** + Minimum 5 years HR Generalist experience preferred. + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. + Outstanding communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels. + In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations. + Proficient in HR administration and people management. + Exceptional record-keeping abilities. + Extensive understanding of HR functions and best practices. + Thrives in high-pressure situations and consistently meets tight deadlines. + Strong computer skills, including proficiency in email, MS Office, and HR software. + Experience with Oracle Human Capital Management is a plus. **Responsibilities** + Support the HR Director in facilitating and coordinating the talent review process, and assist in executing development plans by utilizing both local and global frameworks to nurture talent. + Identify training requirements. + Design organizational structure. + Analyze survey results and help create and implement action plans across the business. + Facilitate the annual engagement survey process. + Assist the HR Director in driving necessary structural changes. + Support the HR Director in promoting initiatives and fostering a culture of Inclusion & Diversity.
