As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide HR generalist support across business lines and will play an integral role in delivering the people-related project activities for our next step in our transformational journey. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, ANZ and working closely with local and global HRIS implementation team members, you will be instrumental in providing support at a local level. Responsibilities include: HR Generalist, support leaders in driving business results and driving engagement activities. Provide advice and guidance relating to disciplinary, performance management, and developing people strategies. Advise on employment legislation and guide the business to best practice. Regular review and updating of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with legislative changes. Partner with Global Project team on ensuring project timelines and ensuring business readiness. (Dayforce) About You We would love to hear from people who have proven experience working in a similar environment, demonstrated skills in employee relations, strong stakeholder management and proven experience in aligning business and people related needs. As a trusted adviser, you have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build engaging relationships. Solid understanding of award and policy interpretation is a must along with attention to detail and problem-solving ability and continuous improvement mentality.
