You will work with our managers and leaders to support them in facilitating change, succession planning, learning and development, talent management and improving team engagement. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Everyday cooperation with leaders and associates, being the go-to person in all HR matters. • Provide guidance and input on organizational/cultural changes and succession planning. • Act as an Advisor to managers and leaders, providing HR guidance when appropriate. (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal advisors as needed/required. • Act as an engagement partner, supporting the organization in the Netherlands with the necessary programs and tools. • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies. • Adapt global HR initiatives to fit local needs, ensuring effective implementation into the ADP Netherlands organization. • Contribute to international HR projects to drive alignment across countries and/or regions. **QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:** •It is imperative that you are fluent in both English and Dutch.• Educational background: HRM Bachelor, Labor Law degree is a plus. • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as HRBP, resolving complex employee relations issues and having a track record in supporting change management processes and creating highly engaged organizations. Working knowledge of multiple HR practices, including compensation, employee relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent and Performance Management. • Specific knowledge and skills: • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch labor law. • Critical requirements: • Strong analytical skills • Strong communication and influencing skills • Good knowledge of HR related metrics and leveraging data driven insights • Problem solving and strategic thinking skills • Strong bias for action and keen sense of urgency • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines **WHAT DO WE OFFER:** Compensation and Benefits • A fixed salary; • Premium-free pension; • Thirteenth month; • 8% holiday pay; • Bonus; • Laptop and phone; • Various collective discounts; • At least 27 fixed vacation days with full-time employment and the option to purchase 13 additional days; • Various training programs and career opportunities.
