This position will be responsible for designing and driving human capital initiatives to align with business objectives\. The successful candidate will partner with the leadership team to align HR objectives and initiatives to the business needs within Supply Chain\. The candidate will be an integral part of the team and will be instrumental in executing key HR deliverables such as talent acquisition and development, employee engagement and retention, diversity, salary planning, and organizational design\. Responsibilities include: \- Assesses and anticipates human capital requirements and opportunities, partnering with functional experts to develop and implement integrated solutions \- Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, strategic plans, culture and competition \- Provides hands\-on support of both tactical and strategic Human Resources activities \- Gains the trust and respect of executive leadership and employees while pursuing positive organizational goals and objectives \-Takes initiative to streamline and integrate initiatives for affordability, efficiency and impact **WHY JOIN US** We offer a collaborative environment that encourages professional development and the pursuit of excellence\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
