Your Role As our Human Resources Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to our Air Logistics business units aligning initiatives with the organization's goals and objectives within America. You will be working closely with business leaders, supporting our national HRBP, driving talent management, and fostering a positive work culture. This position will provide impact globally, as it is instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that will enhance business performance and employee engagement across Air Logistics in America. Your Responsibilities Closely collaborate with our global business leaders to align strategy with our business goals for Sea Logistics in AmericaAdopt and drive the implementation of global initiativesDrive focused projects linking to our global and local strategy, focusing on organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement and market growthAdopt and implement global strategic initiatives of Total Rewards and Talent Development for Sea Logistics AmericaDrive talent management and succession planning processes for respective areasEnsure market competitive compensation and rewards structure to attract and retain key employeesPartner with Global Talent Development on the creation and drive the implementation of change processes and reorganizationsProvide guidance and support to national HRBPs on HR-related matters within the business areasCreate and analyze reports and KPIs to support business decisions, using data to identify trends and recommend appropriate actionsFoster a culture of compliance with labor regulations and internal policiesCollaborate with local HRBP and external consultants to resolve legal issues as needed Your Skills and Experiences Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fieldPHR, SPHR, or GPHR certification required2-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner rolePrevious experience supporting business clients in a global matrix environmentHR experience in the freight forwarding industry is beneficial4-1 Hybrid work schedule in Jersey City, NJ required Good Reasons to Join At Kuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
