Role Overview: As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization’s culture and performance. You will align HR strategies with business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and improve performance management practices to support our rapid growth. This position will directly support Conduent’s Commercial Solutions United States (US) operations. 

\n\n\n

Your Impact: 

\n\n\n

Strategic Partnership: Work closely with Commercial US People leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives. 

\n\n\n

Talent Retention: Collaborate with hiring managers to create and implement tailored retention strategies, ensuring we keep our top talent. 

\n\n\n

Workforce Management: Support our operation leaders with talent onboarding and redeployment, working closely with our Talent Acquisition teams. 

\n\n\n

Employee Development: Identify training and development needs, and design programs to promote employee growth and career advancement. 

\n\n\n

Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring they align with business goals and foster a culture of continuous feedback. 

\n\n\n

Employee Relations: Partnering with our US Employee Relations team, serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies to maintain a positive work environment. 

\n\n\n

Culture & Engagement: Lead and support initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with our core values and mission. 

\n\n\n

HR Metrics & Reporting: Use data to track HR performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement. 

\n\n\n

Compliance: Support in the execution of US compliance programs (labor laws and regulations), staying updated on changes that may affect the organization. 

\n\n\n

Qualifications: 

\n\n\n

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. 

\n\n\n

5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnering in a BPO environment. 

\n\n\n

Strong understanding of employee development, performance management, and employee relations. 

\n\n\n

Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. 

\n\n\n

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 

\n\n\n

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and leverage insights for strategic decision-making. 

\n\n\n

Experience working with US based company. 

\n
