Human Resources Business Partner Digital Technology Solutions, M&A Corporate Strategy

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for shaping and driving the HR strategy and partner with business leaders on strategic priorities including talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Advise and coach business leaders on driving the organizational values and culture. Lead, support, and guide HR Business colleagues to ensure delivery of HR programs. The HRBP will partner with the executive leadership team members and their leaders across assigned broad portfolio.

Core Responsibilities:

Actively consult and provide solutions related to workforce, talent and organizational matters to business leadersDevelop forward-thinking solutions based on understanding of relevant business operations and strategiesDevelop HR plans and budgets for the business supportedProvide leadership over HR projectsDevelop and drive workforce and talent strategic plansAdvise on the design and implementation of HR programs, ensuring programs remain relevant to the business supportedEnsure HR structure and solutions are sustainable and relevantChampion the organizational values and cultureCoach and develop business leadersIdentify business needs and lead organizational change initiativesPartner and bring in resources from the Centers of Excellence to implement HR solutions that meet the distinctive challenges of the businessFocus on the future of workShape and drive HR strategy with a business perspectiveDeliver business and HR strategy through development of talent, workforce & workplace solutionsManage labor relations strategy and complex labor relations activities  Support HR Leadership Team on the HR strategic planProvide feedback on HR policies, processes and programs to CoEsPartner with HR Business colleagues globally to ensure delivery to client groupsLead and partner with HRBPs, Generalists
