We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner for our training centers located in Orlando, Florida, and Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and HR functional leads to plan, develop, and implement a talent strategy that drives business outcomes and enhances employee engagement.

Key Pillars/Top Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted coach and advisor, guiding leaders through challenges and instigating change within their teamsDevelop a real strategic partnership in assisting managers/leaders in their daily people matters and key initiativesDirect actions towards key stakeholders regarding disciplinary measures such as performance plans, terminations, grievance management, investigations, and coordination with labor courts. Engage in and support the implementation of change management plans, continuous improvement projects, and wield influence over various partners within CAESustain an in-depth knowledge of employment law, compliance programs, stay abreast of current events, policies, and offer guidance to leaders.Collaborate with managers and leaders to craft impactful strategies for retaining, engaging, and developing high-performing teams while addressing key issuesProvide strategic guidance and advice to leaders on application of compensation programs, competitive pay practices, and total rewards, ensuring the company remains competitive internally and externally while attracting, retaining, and motivating top TalentApply analytical rigor to delve deeply into People trends, developing action plans to proactively address concernsStrong collaboration and relationship with COEs and HR Business Operations

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field; or equivalent preferred.Minimum 5 years’ experience as a People Partner / HRBP or growing responsibilities as an HR Generalist in a high volume, fast paced environment; to include managing complex, national HR projects and operationalizing HR policies.Knowledge of US employment-related federal and state employment regulations; EEOC and Affirmative Action guidelines.Strong advisory & communication skills.Project management.Relationship management & collaboration.Compensation framework knowledge & expertise.Talent & HR expertise.Experience working across a multi-site organization.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves as needed.Tech savvy. You know how to pull your own reports, how to interpret the data, and tell a story.
