Human Resources Business Partner - Production Support

Imagine360 is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team! The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for supporting production roles, such as call center, client banking and claims administration. This role will serve as a subject matter expert to business leaders, providing HR guidance to align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, driving performance management processes, policy interpretation\/development\/modification and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HRBP also plays a crucial role in training and development, HR analytics, and supporting change management initiatives. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, along with a solid understanding of HR best practices in a production environment. \n

Position Location: 100% Remote\n
\n

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nCollaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges related to their area of the business and provide HR guidance and support in alignment with business and company's goals.\nAssist with managing and resolving complex employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.\nConduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.\nProvide guidance on career development, training, and employee growth opportunities.\nAssist managers in developing and implementing effective performance management strategies to improve employee productivity, engagement, and satisfaction.\nCoach managers on effective performance feedback and goal-setting techniques.\nWork closely with managers and individual contributors to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase retention.\nProvide HR policy guidance and interpretation and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.\nSupport recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent.\nUse HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and identify trends.\nConduct regular meetings with respective business units to ensure alignment and address any HR-related concerns.\nCommunicate effectively with employees at all levels to provide updates and gather feedback.\nPerform other duties as needed to support the HR function and business objectives.\n\n

Required Experience \/ Education:\n\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.\nSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience as an HRBP or similar HR role supporting production or operational environments.\nIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices\n\n
