Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Human Resources Co-Op. The hourly rate for this position is $22.50 per hour. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you’ll do:** **Position Overview:** The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. The CTO works with Executive Management to grow the company through the use of technological resources. Using an active and practical approach, the CTO will direct all employees in engineering and design departments to attain the company’s strategic goals established in the company’s strategic plan. **In this role you will:** + To improve communication and efficiencies at the site + Digitalization of onboarding resources for our employees to impact the employee experience. + The redesign of our digital documentation process + Ensure employee documentation & filing compliance + Provide support & insight for planning & organizing company events + Aiding in the execution of DEI initiatives In addition to your valuable on the job learning, Co-Ops participate in robust programming including professional development activities, cross-functional projects, senior leader exposure, networking events, and visits to other Eaton sites. These events will help you gain exposure to the many exciting opportunities that lie ahead of you as you build your career at Eaton. **Qualifications:** **Required (Basic) Qualifications:** + Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree Program from an Accredited institution + Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future + Relocation is not provided for this role, the candidate must be located within 50 miles of Carol Stream, IL **Preferred Qualifications:** + Relevant work experience in HR + Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community + Bi-lingual in English and Spanish **Skills:** **Position Criteria:** + Highly skilled communicator, strong analytical, and presentation skills + Ability to execute with minimal direction and prepared to navigate change with patience, optimism, and poise. + Intellectually curious; always willing to probe deeper to understand organizational behavior and performance.
