Human Resources - Compensation - London - 2025 ReEntry Program

The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide. 

The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 22, 2025 and ending July 31, 2025 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The  permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

Compensation Team

The Compensation Team provides compensation analysis, insights and advisory to recruiters, business advisors and managers across 80 countries. The candidate in this role in particular will work closely with the compensation product team, international compensation experts and partners across HR as part of change initiatives in pay transparency in the EMEA region.

Job responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure the effective implementation of upcoming pay transparency requirements, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements Conduct analyses of current pay structures and practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with the directive Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies to educate and engage employees and stakeholders about pay transparency initiatives Support the creation and maintenance of documentation and reports related to pay transparency efforts Monitor and report on the progress of implementation activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and alignment with best practices

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Proven experience in HR, compensation analysis, or project management, preferably within a regulatory or compliance-focused environment Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and present information clearly to various stakeholders Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
