Primary Responsibilities:
Complete and track various HR related transactions in the HR systems, ensuring timely and accurate completionOversee and execute tasks related to the pre-employment, hiring and onboarding process for new hires, including communication and coordination with the new hires, their managers, HR business partners and talent acquisitionAdminister and track the leave of absence process for assigned employee groupsReview and code invoices and coordinate approvals. Research and resolve payment issues with vendors and the accounts payable team if neededAssist with the preparation and execution of employee, HR and Corporate office events and activitiesServe as a first point of contact for employees and respond to or escalate general employee questionsPerform routine audits of standard HR processes to ensure complianceProvide routine and/or ad-hoc reporting as requestedProvide support to the Talent Acquisition team, when neededAdditionally, this position is responsible for administering the following specific processes: Time administration for assigned groups MDP program participant transactions Employee relocation initiations Compliance Postings E-Verify processOther duties as assignedCompetencies:

2+ years of related experience in an HR administrative capacity and human resources environmentBasic understanding of HR principles and practicesAssociate degree Required. Bachelor’s Degree preferredPreferred Systems knowledge & Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and working knowledge of web-based applications (recruiting, e-learning, etc.)Workday experience preferredKronos experience preferredWork Environment
This is a hybrid role with the option to work up to 2 days/week remotelyFull-time position (40 hours per week.)
