The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for managing the on-boarding and off-boarding process for all Ritedose employees. The position is also responsible for the overall administrative tasks in the Human Resources department. Responsibilities: • Responsible for the entire on-boarding process of new hires • Prepares and manages all new hire documentation to include but not limited to offer letters, pre-employment documents, background checks, drug screens and benefit enrollment • Conducts new hire orientation • Responsible for verifying all required HR documents for accuracy and entering data in the HRIS • Responsible for I9 and E-verify compliance • Processes employee terminations and the entire off-boarding process • Assists with administration of employee transfers, promotions, and benefit changes • Maintains Affirmative Action reporting • Processes employment verification requests • Updates the emergency contact and outlook phone directories • Assists Talent Acquisition Manager in recruiting efforts as needed • Organizes and manages on-site random drug screens • Manages employee uniform pricing, website, and order distribution • Assists in managing the Ritedose Open Market/Canteen vending services • Assists in organizing company special events • Assists in the ordering of flowers/sending cards for employee special occasions • Acts as backup to the Executive Assistant position • Maintains employment files and records per company policy and legal regulations • Maintains confidentiality of HR information, compensation and employee’s personal information • Understands compliance of various state and federal regulations and laws • Follows Standard Operating Procedures, safety, health, and cGMP Guidelines Qualifications • Associates degree with 2+ years’ administrative experience, including at least 1 year in a human resource onboarding or training role • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Ability to interact well with employees, vendors and co-workers, demonstrating flexibility as well as a “can-do” attitude when faced with challenging situations or sudden change • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with minimum supervision
