Job Description

We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some of the biggest companies in the nation. Our client has a need for a Human Resources Coordinator. This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening.  For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.

Job Responsibilities                                              
Your specific duties as a Human Resources Coordinator will include:           Compensation (Range): $35 / hour This main responsibilities of this assignment are applicable to the four (4) Southern Hub sites: Bulleit Distilling Co, Shelbyville, KY; Stitzel Weller, Louisville, KY; Bulleit Distilling Co, Lebanon, KY; Cascade Hollow Distilling Co., Tullahoma, TN.  Creating Teams folder/databases for each of the 4 sites Conducting personnel file audits at each site; uploading documents to folders/database. Create onboarding process for salaried employees. Define discipline process and create disciplinary actin forms. Ensure HR trackers are regularly updated as needed. Other role related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements
As a Human Resources Coordinator you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.  It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 3 years HR experience in a similar role, preferably in a unionized environment. Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite of products, including Teams. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to work autonomously with a strong ability to be proactive and show initiative. Committed to maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Ability to travel to the four site locations as required. Some overnight travel to be expected.   Bachelor's degree in HR Management, industrial relations, or related field. HR certification preferred but not required.
