ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Facilitate and maintain pre-employment screening and onboarding training material (i.e. hiring standards, Form I-9/E-verify management, etc.) on compliance issues and company standards.Quality Assurance Checks of monthly new hire, transfer, and termination payroll records to ensure compliance with all background checks, drug and alcohol, and E-Verify requirements. Prepare analysis reports and documents as required.Assist with appropriate personnel regarding employee relation issues (i.e. conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations, provide written feedback, summary, recommendations, and analysis to management). Provide written investigation report and update system as required.Liaison to employees regarding benefit enrollment and participation. Educate employees on benefit plan costs and administration.Maintain confidentiality of records, reports, and files that are generated/received which contain sensitive information.Ensure location postings/notices meet federal, state, and contractual requirements.Facilitate and maintain employee Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration and tracking.Manages the hiring process including new employee set-up, payroll, and leaves of absence.Ability to work with minimal instruction, but willing to accept and take direction.Exceptional detail orientation & time management skills.Ability to use diplomacy and tact in dealing with the client, peer management, and external partners.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Desire to provide excellent customer service is a must.Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook) products.Willingness to be a positive and proactive team member.
